Free WhatsApp quote
The free quote form prepares a WhatsApp message on the customer's device. The website does not upload or store the form content before WhatsApp opens. Once a message is sent, it is handled through WhatsApp and by Handyman Mo for the purpose of responding to the enquiry.
Paid call-out booking
Contact, property, job and availability details are sent to the Handyman Mo Cloudflare Worker so it can create a Stripe Checkout Session. Relevant booking details are attached to the Stripe session and may be used to administer the booking, confirm the appointment, provide the service, issue receipts, deal with questions and keep necessary business records.
Payment data
Card payment takes place on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Handyman Mo does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Technical information
Cloudflare may process ordinary request and security information needed to deliver and protect the website. Server logs may record errors and request metadata for security and troubleshooting.
Retention
Enquiry and booking information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
