What does the £20 visit include?
The £20 covers an assessment call-out to an agreed property in the service area. Repair labour and materials are not included. Mo will discuss the work and price with you before any further work goes ahead.
Can I get a quote without paying for a visit?
Yes. Start with the free WhatsApp quote. Send your postcode, a short description and clear photographs. Mo can then explain whether a site visit is needed.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A single fitting, a repair or a few jobs around the home can all be discussed. Tell Mo what needs doing, even when it seems small.
Which areas do you cover?
Mo is based in Birmingham City Centre and covers surrounding areas. Send your postcode first to check whether a visit to your address can be arranged.
Is my preferred time confirmed when I pay?
Not yet. The dates on the booking form are preferences. Mo contacts you to agree the final appointment. Please do not treat a time as confirmed until you hear from Mo.
Can I supply the materials or fittings?
Tell Mo what you already have and include photos or product details. Suitability, any additional materials and the work involved can then be discussed before the job goes ahead.
